RGAVP is a sovereign society created in October 2010 from the Government of Rajasthan under the administrative control of Department of Rural Development. Registered under Society Registration Act, 1956 it's mandated to execute all rural livelihoods programs connected with SHG established institutional structure in the nation.

The Society aims at producing financially sustainable and powerful institutional systems of the rural poor, allowing them to increase family income through sustainable livelihood improvements and enhanced access to financial and chosen public services and to build their own capacities to manage the rapidly shifting external socioeconomic and political universe. Its approach is to encourage the evolution of livelihood opportunities for the rural poor, particularly women and marginalized groups, through neighborhood associations.

1. Position: Customer level manager


  • Posts: 75
  • Qualifications: Candidate must have passed postgraduate diploma or degree in RD/Sociology/MBA/MSW from a recognized college or associations.
  • Pay Scale: Rs.30000/- PM.


2. Position: Project Associates


  • Posts: 20
  • Qualifications: Candidate must have handed Bachelor diploma in CS/IT or even BCA/MCA/PGDCA from a recognized college or associations.
  • Pay Scale: Rs.15000/- PM.


3. Position: Distt. Accountant


  • Posts: 07
  • Qualifications: Candidate must have passed Post grad or Bachelor degree in Commerce from a recognized college or associations.
